"Also Mum and Dad have ordered that from now on I am not allowed to get off work without leaving with you..."
"You know that is not possible," Vincent blurted. He dropped the pen in his hand on the paper and pushed the documents aside.
"Since our parents have said it, you know that I can't do anything about it. You and I know how they are. They will make sure I don't have a peaceful life if I don't get you home every day from work," Gabriel muttered.
He walked to the front of Vincent's desk since he had succeeded in making his brother pause his work.
"Don't worry I will talk to them..."
"You know talking to them won't change anything. Instead, it will only aggravate the issue," Gabriel countered.
There was quietness in the room after Gabriel's last statement.
