"Also, I have told all of you more than once that I was prohibited from intervening in everything that has to do with breaking the curse. Do you think that Stephanie would have been safe if I had told Vincent the truth behind the whole remedy flower thing?" Bella asked, her eyes moved from one face to the other.
"I did everything with Stephanie and Vincent's interest at heart. Because we have only known each other for a short time, it doesn't matter whether or not you believe me," Bella continued emotionally.
Even though she tried not to let it show her tone showed that their suspicions and accusations hurt her a great deal.
