This reaction from him made the tired Gabrielle open her eyes and slightly lift her head.
Gabrielle's sleepy eyes flew open the moment she got a glimpse of Vincent's painful expression.
"Big Bro!" Gabrielle exclaimed, her sad eyes sparkling as she jerked to her feet.
"Are you alright? Do you feel uncomfortable in any way?" Gabrielle demanded, not able to hide her excitement.
As she talked she was careful not to awaken the guy she had forced to take a nap earlier.
The excited Gabrielle blabbed on for two minutes only to realise later on that Vincent's attention was on something else other than her.
Eager to know what caught his attention Gabrielle followed his line of sight. Her broad smile faded when she noticed that what caught Vincent's attention was the sleeping Frederick.
"Ever since you disappeared, Frederick deprived himself of sleep and food just to make sure that you were found," Gabrielle began in a soft tone.
