Anxious to know what was going on, Felicity moved to the kitchen and examined the environment.

"Brother Vincent, I heard you had a gift for me so where is it?" Tania asked after they had all settled down.
"If she was here then where the hell did she go?" Vincent asked. He scrutinized the room for any signs of Gabrielle but even after looking, he didn't see a signal indicating she was there.
"She had some emergency so she left after relaying your message to us," Charlie replied.
"She left despite what I told her?" Vincent muttered in surprise.
Even if he didn't want to believe them, he had no choice but to do that since the details showed they were right.
