"If you say so," Felicity replied. She focuses her attention on the busy road ahead of her.
"Felicity, tell me all that happened at the party after I left last night," Vincent commanded. He leaned back against the chair and peered at her face through the rear mirror.
"Did they attack last night after I left? And if yes, how many was the casualty?" Vincent asked curiously.
Felicity momentarily slowed down. She turned and looked at Vincent.
"There was no attack yesterday. Everything was peaceful except that you disappeared into thin air after you left the party yesterday," Felicity replied.
She returned her gaze to the road after she was done.
"There was no attack?" Vincent muttered. He stared out through the window.
Memories of last night flashed before his eyes once again.
He had been attacked and also launched an attack so many times.
