They were on the lift when Stephanie suddenly halt.
They are at the mall too!
She screamed in her mind. She scrutinized the area in the search of those whose scent she had perceived.
Brittany was still searching when Alexander who has climbed out of the lift turned and peered at her.
"Why do you seem distracted ever since we got here?" Alexander questioned sternly.
In a hurry, she composed herself and stepped out of the lift.
"This is my first time being among so many humans ever since I got turned. I am not used to it," Brittany replied. She fixated her gaze on the neck of the lady approaching where they stood.
"My thirst is kicking in. I am barely controlling myself...,"
"You must control your thirst no matter what," Alexander commanded fiercely.
