The guy stare into the distance and started talking to himself.
"Haha... All my life I thought I was smart. I have always believed that everything was within my grasp. But today I came to realise that maybe I was wrong...," Alexander said as he looked at the shiny stars in the beautiful sky.
"Through my craftiness, I brought about the destruction of Heavenly and Demon Realm but I can't believe I got outwitted by a little girl like her," Alexander's laughed hysterically after the end of his sentence.
"I underestimated her too much and I guessed that is why I got played at like a fool. Next time I decide to strike I will make sure that I don't lose to her," Alexander said with a clasped fist.
When Stephanie and Vincent got home there was tension in their bedroom. Stephanie went about removing her clothes without uttering a word to him.
She didn't even pay him attention as she went about doing her things.
