"Gabrielle, it's me," A familiar guy's voice made the screaming lady calm down a little. Charlie shifted his gaze to the guy still staring at Gabrielle.
"Piss off," Charlie said in a cold tone. The guy vanished after Charlie commanded him.
"Why did you walk up to me that way without making a sound? Goddamn, I almost suffered from a heart attack because of you," Gabrielle said, holding her throbbing chest.
"I used my powers that is why you couldn't feel my presence. I am sorry for scaring you," Charlie immediately apologised. It really wasn't his intention to scare her. He had no choice but to use his powers when he heard a terrifying voice earlier.
"Steph said she asked you to stay in the car so why did you come out of the car? Don't you know how dangerous it is?" Charlie asked.
"My legs felt numb so I wanted to take a walk outside," Gabrielle said as she lean on the car.
