"Do you have an idea about what the poison is and the cure?" Gael asked anxiously.
"Indeed I studied ancient medicine before the advent of the current way of treatment but I am sorry to say, I don't know the cure for the poison. I strongly believe I can come up with a solution if I conduct a test on the poison...,"
"Like how long do you think it will take for you to come up with a solution?" Stephanie asked impatiently.
"The least is two to three days," Bailey said confidently.
"With the way his condition is deteriorating every passing minute, he won't last for that long. He will die before you even come up with the solution," Gael stated the reality of Charlie's condition.
The four people in the room kept on deliberating on the issue. At the end of their deliberation, it was agreed that Bailey should go back and conduct the test while Charlie stays with them.
