"I got very worried when you didn't come back for days. I went out to search for you in our favourite places but you were nowhere to be found so what did you want me to do? I couldn't just wait and do nothing that is why I entered the main palace. I thought you were hiding in the main palace because you thought I won't be brave enough to set foot here," Alex whose face was bruised with blood coming out of his mouth said weakly.
"Are you stupid or what? Why would I hide in a place I loathed when they are thousands of places I could hide out there...,"
"Maybe I am stupid like you said. I wouldn't have kept the truth about my identity after I recovered my memory if I wasn't foolish. I am sure you would not have been so angry at me if I had told you the truth," Alex coughed a mouthful of blood. Michelle's heart began racing out of fear when she saw him in this state.
