The Emperor and Empress watched Michelle with keen interest. The way they stare at her was as if she was performing acrobatics. It took Michelle less than five minutes to break the Emperor's restriction spell. Both the Emperor and Empress were dumbfounded when Michelle broke the spell that was restricting her from entering the hall.
"I told you both that such spell won't be able to restrict me but you never believed me," Michelle said as she gracefully stepped into the hall which was illuminated by the lights set in many corners of the hall.
"Well, are you both now going to do what I want or do you want me to avenge that stab you gave me on my back? It was quite painful if you may know," Michelle said as she let her eyes wandered about the room. She smirked devilishly when she realised that traps were laid for her.
So foolish of them to think that such silly traps can harm me.
Michelle thought as she brought back her gaze to her parents.
