"There are few times he says mean words to me but most of the time he treats me pretty well. I was even dumbstruck when he came to the club to find me when I went missing. To my surprise he did not shove my head violently off his shoulders when I placed my head on his shoulders," Stephanie said in a serious tone.
"Yesterday, despite the possibility that he could drown along with you he did not relent saving you, that means...,"
"Vincent was the one who saved me?" Asked the surprise Stephanie who could not believe that Vincent would save her.
"Yes, how come you don't know about this?" Gabrielle asked anxiously.
"Because I was too anxious and scared to see things clearly. The splashing of the water caused by my moving hands also contributed to my poor vision," Stephanie said looking so deep in thoughts.
Why would Vincent forsake his safety just to save me? What exactly was going through his mind when he dived into the water to save me?
