A normal disciple's month of hard earned cultivation in 5 months could be achieved by him in only one. This was equivalent to a ×5 boost in actual cultivation speed.
He stopped circulating his technique and put away the array and decided it was time to return back to the sect.
Meanwhile back in a deep part of the mountain, several other Crouching Sword Sect disciples are surrounded by a pack of Silver Wolves all at least in the fourth order, with a leader at the 6th order of Body refining.

A fierce lion like beast was chasing after prey not realizing it had just become prey. Like a ghost of wind, Jiang Feng appeared near the beast stopping it from going any further. Jiang Feng looked at the beast "A 6th level beast" Feng looked as the beast which disliked the demeaning look of Feng. Giving up it's prey from earlier it lunged toward him with a roar. Shifting his body to the left Feng easily dodging its attack, swinging his arm stretching out his right hand with a fierce and unexpected momentum shouting "Too weak!" His hand grasped the side of the lion like beast slamming it's head into the ground crushing its' skull entirely, splattering it's brain and blood leaving a lifeless corpse. It wasn't even left with a moment to regret before it's almost instantaneous death. Feng was like a reborn demon straight from hell with his bloody appearance. Considering the brutal way he had just murdered the poor beast he is on a bloody path to the top. His physical strength has become so great that a beast of the 6th rank was tofu in the eye of his terrible strength.
Jiang Feng glances at the lifeless corpse of the beast lying in front of him and reaching inside its body. He pulls out a small pill shaped bead " it's actually a beast's nedan!" he exclaimed. Just then a sharp acute pain surges in his head as he gets pulled into his mind seeing the black book once again along with a dark silver egg next to it. Feng looks at the strange scene in front of him as weird wisps of energy rapidly swirl around the objects with an oppressive domineering might. The book then opens and revealing an ominous light that directs itself at Jiang Feng enveloping him while giving him a sudden bombardment of information pertaining to beasts, plants, medicine and cultivation. He'd widen his eyes staring blankly in astonishment from what he'd just learned and quickly recollects himself giving the book a different look before being sent back out again into his body as if the previous events never happened. A message appears in his thoughts telling him to eat it as he holds the beast nedan in his hand bringing it in front of his mouth before swallowing it. As soon as he swallowed it down his throat a stork of energy appears in his dantian filling it up completely as Feng urges his consciousness into his dantian observing. In his dantian two eyes open up and bring their attention to the ball of energy of the grade 6 beast that now illuminates it's clear figure of an eastern dragon! Jiang Feng showed signs of mixed emotions not knowing how to express his reaction to a legendary figure of a dragon resting inside his dantian. After the book inside his mind blasted him with information he naturally knew about this dragon entity, but to actually witness this scene was still shocking to the heart of a novice like himself. The dragon then opens its mouth and swallows the ball of energy absorbing its entirety. The energy in Jiang Feng that was just refined grows building its momentum immediately forcing an advancement of a smaller realm. The dragon roars wishing for more energy to consume toward Jiang Feng and sending him out of the dantian space and back into his body. He gets up and starts moving his body to try out his power as he starts to display am arrangement of moves from the Lin Family's practice forms he's seen countless disciples engage in. After a short period of time he decides to try finding his way back to the residence of the 3rd elder while killing a few low level beasts on his way across the periphery of the mountain.
Meanwhile in the family training area...
Lin Bei talks amongst his gang of underlings wondering when Lin Han is coming back with the report of how things went. "When's that little bastard coming back after taking so long the 3rd elder is bound to be suspicious!" Lin Bei works up a sweat as he takes his anger out on a dummy nearby kicking it out of frustration. One of the underlings tries to comfort Lin Bei but as soon as he starts a slap flies right across his cheek sending him to the ground " Shut up you know shit! I'm not stupid, I dont need some ok ne like you telling me what I already knew!" His eyes grew cold and face tough with a dark expression as he turns around storming off back to his residence whilst waving his hand motioning for them all to leave. As they take their leave Jiang Feng arrives back to the clan and to his residence which he enters, sitting on his bed he enters a meditative pose trying to absorb the aura in the air to cultivate and he re enters his inner world to study the book residing there. Sensing his presence the black book appears in his hand fully open wanting him to read. "This...this refining method" as he reads the book shows the cultivation method displaying the ways for him to refine energy to further increase his cultivation, with little patience he puts this method to the test. He places his hand out and starts forming balls of energy sending them to his dantian as the dragon within it begins to absorb the energy letting him enter the peak of the 8th layer and slln breaking through the early stages of the 9th layer of the bone forming realm. The cultivation method of the Nine heaven Dragons allows the user to absorb and refine any and all types of energy between the heavens and the earth. The killing of beasts and absorbing their nedans provides energy to the cultivator yet the downside is that the energy requirement of this method increases everytime. After refining the energy he falls backward laying on his bed shutting his eyes with a smirk on his face "wait till that trash Bei gets a load of this"
The next morning
Jiang Feng has set out of his room with a new set of clothing after his previous ones were destroyed from the previous day. Looking at the sun with his hand in the air he makes a grasping motion and walks on his way to the 3rd elder's residence as his heart beat grows increasingly fast as his head floods with thoughts on what his adoptive father may say and react like. While he is looking forward to no longer being a shame to him he is looking forward to the brutal beating he'll give Lin Bei for all these years of torment. "Hey Trash Feng where have ya been?" A group of Lin clan disciples are on the side of the road with a quite thick covered make up filled face of a woman calling out to him. Her name was Lin Su, the elder sister of Lin Bei. She had a crocodile like smile on her unpleasant face that matched with her personality. The only slightly attractive thing about her was her slender waist and breasts that she loved trying to show off. She was beautiful in a way.. minus the face and voice. Jiang Feng would stop his stride and face her with a fake smile greeting her which only helped fuel her egotistical self with more confidence as she begins talking " I'm surprised you're able to look this fine after my little brother's beating yesterday. Well it would be a shake if such a delicious looking body went to waste" Jiang Feng would shudder shaking inside regretting that he had to see this freaky little fiend. "It's alright it was nothing really, and please stop those revolting comments" She would widen her eyes after listening to Jiang Feng's response " quite the balls you have there, probably have quite the big you know..." she would say while taking a peek at his area. "I was being kind but insulting me like that makes me want to disfigure your sorry excuse of man who can't cultivate!" Jiang Feng would smirk despising this woman ever more while he responds with silence letting her continue to belittle him along with her lackeys for a bit more until a splash of yellowish brown liquid falls over them with a disgusting smell. " Sorry down there I mistook you for a dump with how foul your personality is" a man would laugh crazily as he pointed at the appearance of Lin Su and her two lackeys in shit and piss which draw the attention of onlookers covering their mouths as they try to hold in their laughter at such a sight.
