" BEEP BEEP BEEP" , I woke from the annoying sound of my alarm ringing.I turned it off. And looked towards the roof . Its been a month or so since I met Luna . I have not been going to school since than. I was feeling....so...so.. empty.... I closed my eyes and slowly drifted to sleep....
I opened my eyes. "Hmm. Where am I?"I looked around and Then I saw a small boy crying...Wait is that me ? Is this a dream? Then I saw my younger self sobbing harder and harder. Now I remember, I always used to come here when someone bullied me or I was sad . I was always bullied by everyone and blamed for everything even my parents were never there for me. No one was there for me except - "Karma , you are crying again. Did someone bullied you ?" you Luna - San.The only one who actually noticed and cared for me.
My youngerself looked at her." No-Nothing" , said my younger self ."Hmm.Is that so? You sure about that? Since when did you started lying to me Karma?" , She asked half threatening . My younger self was terrified." I-It's nothing Luna-san. Just that Natsuo fell of the stairs because of me and hurted himself so bad..." "Huh! What do you mean he fell because of you? That asshole was trying to bully you and you pushed him in self defence .Just how the hell is that your fault?" , She said smiling but she was definitely pissed off.You can clearly see her dark aura surrounding her up " But his friends were saying-" " They said and you believed . " , She said looking at me. " My younger self was looking down." Hey Bakabane , you didn't did anything WRONG ! And if this helps you, than the teacher also said so remember ?" She said.
" Yes....So if I will apologize to him you think he will forgive me ?" " Why the hell would you apologize to him?. It wasn't even your fault. Seriously Karma you are such a big softie I don't even know how are you still alive?" , said Luna " But if something like this would happen to you wouldn't you be angry with me..?" " No rather than angry I would be HELL worried because you always take all the blame to your self even if it isn't your GODDAMN FAULT! .No seriously if anything like this happen in future I would want you to stand up take your Goddamn responsibility and not to listen others bullshit .Your crying and blaming yourself Will NEVER help you out!GOT IT!?" , she said smiling but I could clearly see her demon thorns and tail ." o_oh_ok" , said my younger self." Fine then, lets get you home" , she said smiling." Ok" , I replied.
"Beep beep beep" I was once again woke up by my alarm clock "7:20 huh?" ' .Your crying and blaming yourself Will NEVER help you out!GOT IT!? '"Huh?" . I smiled to myself remembering her lines. You are right Luna-san .I can't believe I let the fact that she is alive get me! She is alive. This is my chance to make everything alright! I started getting ready for the school. I have to make everything right and I will make them alright.AND THAT'S A PROMISE I WILL NEVER BREAK!!
Luna POV
" How do solve this problem Gakushuu""Hmm. You need to first solve this equation than multiply it by second equation then substitute it's value here and take out Y ." , said Gakushuu." OK" . I started doing it when I was interrupted by a call. I looked up to see who's it was . And as soon as I saw that my face brightened up. I immediately picked up the call " Hello Uncle Zeldris. So you finally got time. Huh?" , I said teasing .Gakushuu looked towards me with a ' who are you talking to ' face." It's Uncle Zeldris. I was talking about that day in the school. You continue witout me I'll catch up with you later.", I said to him. "Ok, then" .I walked off the room and started talking to him." Who was he ? Your boyfriend Luna~~" , said Uncle Zeldris teasingly. " It's -It's not like that ya know , He is just a good friend. " " Hmm. Is that so?. So you don't like him?" , he said teasingly " That's not the case " , I said in a whisper " Hmm. What was that?" " I'm hanging up the call . "" NO-NO . I'm just kidding. "
Gakushuu POV
After an hour or so Luna came back. " You sure took your sweet time Luna~" , I said teasingly." "Hehe. Yeah. Sorry.With him I feel like time flies . Plus we had so much to catch up as well!!" , she said happily . She becomes pretty happy while talking about her uncle . Now that I remember this is the first time anyone from her family called her." No it's fine. Your Mom and Dad must be worried about you ." , I said casually . It's natural to worry about your child especially when she is so far away, not every parents are like my dad. She looked sad and said something almost inaudible for a normal person to hear , but I heard it she said,"Is that so?".I looked towards her and she looked really sad and upset. Wait did I just made her sad? But how?
" Uhm. Anyway Luna let's continue our study " , I said trying to change the topic . But I need to say ...I'm interested in knowing her family and the environment she grew up..." Oh ok . Let's start then " , she said faking a smile. What wrong did I just say? We were studying literature. When we came across a sentence which wasn't English." This isn't English . Let me see what's written here."" It's Spanish Gakushuu. He is saying that she is more beautiful than the moon itself and he can do anything to make her , his", said Luna." Luna you know Spanish as well ?""Yeah. I must have learned it before", she said. "What do you mean by 'must have learned it before'?" , I questioned .
She looked at me for a second . Like she was deciding whether to tell me or not . " I had an accident three and a half year ago. I have no memories of anything before that." , she said." So you have amnesia?""Yeah. I do. Actually my uncle never told me anything about my past until one day I found a picture of me and -"" and?" "Karma. We looked really close " , said Luna "What Karma ? You knew him?", I asked .How is that possible? She and that delinquent E-Class scum CLOSE!?" I didn't know! But I do wanted to know " , she said. I gave it some thought .So that's why she was so angry when I dragged her into the classroom. How is she and that Akabane related ? I need to find that out.
But wait ." You said your uncle didn't told you anything about you past . Why not ask your parents?" , I said . She again looked sad." Well...My mother left me when I was three year old or so .I didn't know anything about her.And my father.....Let's say he is a really big businessman so he rarely is home that's why I was living with my uncle and that's why I'm so close to him. To be honest in my whole family...my uncle is the only one who actually cares and loves me....." , she said laughing but her sadness was clearly visible. I never thought she had such a background . She has no memories about her past. She never knew her mother and no matter how much she tries to hide it but by the way of her talking I can tell her father is no better than mine . She must have been so lonely and sad . Maybe this is why we get along so well . Because we both are so similar.
"I'm sorry Luna.I shouldn't have bring up the topic . " , I said apologizing . I never apologized to anyone . I never needed to. But her, I made her sad. " I'm sorry". She looked towards me and nervously said " Gakushuu-kun it wasn't your fault . No need to apologize . You didn't know and i'm not a bit sad!" .She started trying to cheer me up . I laughed at her actions ."You really look cute when you behave like that, you know?"
Her face grew red as a tomato . "Hey what's the matter?" , I asked. "Nothing ! Just remembered something I talked with my uncle about ." , She said still blushing ." Yeah?" , I said smiling to her . She nodded vigorously . " It's pretty late . I will cook something fast!", she said getting up. "No need let's go outside to eat " , I said walking past her and opening the door" My lady", I said .She blushed madly "Stop teasing me!!" , she said.I laughed at her actions ."Hai - hai ." And we both went to eat outside .But Akabane you better embrace yourself up .In both the exam and with her I won't let YOU WIN!. I won't let you come closer to her. AND THAT'S A PROMISE I WILL NEVER BREAK!!
