After the battle between Mason and Eleanor – the corridor that was holding them off was torn apart due to Mason and Eleanor going all out against each other. The corridor disappeared and it was revealed that it was all an illusion, Mason looks back and there, he realized that all was just an illusion except Eleanor herself.
Meanwhile – Jena reached the dark room and sensed some malicious and dark magic inside. She reluctantly entered the room and there, she saw Madison tied up in glowing dark chains, she cautiously approaches Madison and suddenly, she got knocked back by the witch that she was chasing earlier. Jena got caught off guard as the witch transforms and it was the Witch Queen herself – Marie Antoniette. She immediately gets on her feet and draws her sword despite knowing the difference in power and said, "I am the leader of the Crusaders – the legion who vowed to destroy the Witch Queen!"
Antoniette replied with a smirk, "Oh? You mean the small fries who did nothing but feed themselves to the undead? HA HA HA HA! So foolish little girl! Do you think your flimsy sword can hurt me?"
Jena answered, "If it means to chop off your head!" As she charged straight towards her, but Antoniette just shrugged her off like a rag doll. Jena, again charges in but it was futile, the same was repeated until she was beaten to a pulp. Despite getting beaten up and their difference, Jena still gets on her knees and holds her sword firmly, and taunts Antoniette, "Well? Is that it? Is that all the Witch Queen can do? Who don't you kill me?"
Antoniette - still with a smirk in her face, replied, "Don't bother buying some time to stall me. Your precious little hunter was most likely taken care of by my trusted sister, he would not fare well against Eleanor. If you want to die that bad, then I will grant your wish..." While looking down on Jena as she conjures her black blade and raised it against her.
Jena closed her eyes as she reminisced her memories with her comrades and said, "I'm sorry everyone. I'm sorry for being such a weakling..." Just as she was about to be struck down by Antoniette's sword, someone suddenly blocked the death blow. Blood started to drop on the floor and to Jena's face as she looks up to see. It was Madison who saved Jena's fate.
Madison; despite receiving a killing blow - said, "If your fate is to die here, then I will change that fate!" As she holds Antoniette's hand and threw her away, leaving the sword carved on her back. A deep and fatal wound that will end her life but suddenly, a glowing light shines upon her, enveloping in warmth and comfort as she noticed that the malice in the sword and the sword itself disappeared behind her back along with the wound inflicted to her as if it was all but a dream. As the light disappears, she pulled out the Rifle that can shoot up to long distances and the Rifle itself suddenly talked, and said, "If you want me to submit to you, then give me a reason why."
Madison replied, "I have no time for this!" As the Rifle suddenly became heavy to the point that Madison can't lift it.
The Rifle repeated the same words earlier, "If you want me to submit to you, then give me a reason why."
Madison arrogantly replied, "I don't have time for this stupid nonsense!" As she points towards to Antoniette. "I have to kill that witch or else... I will lose everything... Even my only family I have!"
Hearing this, the Rifle was convinced by Madison's reason and introduced himself, "My name is Ben. Sorry for putting up a show, I just want to make sure that I was not placed in the wrong hands as my previous master, Gretel, told me to come up with a phrase that will determine the worthiness and the reason of someone who will become my next master." Just as Ben's weight starts to become lighter, he asked, "So, master, our target is that witch, right?" As Ben itself points at Antoniette while she was getting back on her knees.
Just as Antoniette got up, she was shot by a surprise attack from Madison and her newfound companion, sending her flying outside the room that which revealed that it was a barrier and she was unsuspectingly flying towards to Mason which he was already anticipating her.
Going back in time before Madison sends Antoniette flying - Mason was heading towards to Jena and Madison's location after his battle with Eleanor until Excalibur suddenly spoke, "My king, someone is coming at high speed and I am sure that it is not on your side."
Mason replied, "I noticed." As he starts to look around his surroundings and comes up with a plan.
As soon as Antoniette flew towards him, she landed by getting impaled from the back by the Excalibur that was stuck to a tree by Mason. Antoniette immediately realized that her wound was still bleeding and heals slowly. She looked at the blade and recognized that it was no ordinary blade, it was the blade that killed her sisters in the South - the Excalibur.
She tries to remove the sword but the moment she got impaled by it, the sword itself burns Antoniette from the inside as she tries to remove it but it was futile until Mason pulls out the sword from her back and said, "Even getting impaled was not enough to kill you, huh. I guess they don't call you the Witch Queen for nothing." As Antoniette tries to crawl away, Mason suddenly stepped on her and thrusts his sword in her chest.
Antoniette shrieks in pain as Mason slowly pushes his blade deeper, making it more agonizing for her and uttered these words, "Go... to hell!"
Mason smiled and replied, "Then you are coming with me." As he pulled out the blade and was about to thrust in her again, Mason suddenly got stabbed in the back. Blood began dripping from his wound as he falls to the ground along with his consciousness and whispered, "I'm sorry... for leaving... so early... Madison..."
Just as Mason fell, Antoniette tries to get up but the wound that Mason inflicted on her was fatal that it nearly killed her and suddenly, someone showed up. It was Antoniette's sister, Cristina - who stabbed Mason and killed him as she offers her hand to help Antoniette, she said, "Looks like you found yourself the death you've been longing for."
Hearing this made Antoniette irritated and replied, "Shut up!" As she took her hand and walks away gently before Madison and the others arrive while Mason bleeds to death with Excalibur on his side.
