Another peaceful day at the island of Tropi-returnia (- my name alternate of the DK Island). Birds chirping near the ruined temples, waves gushing by the sands on the beach and winds howling. It seems so routinely and plain at first glance. But alas, a monkey by the distant forest can be seen swinging on the vines of the trees, let's follow its footsteps.
It swings by the vines through the forest as quick and sly as a fox to reach to a secluded place. Mmmm now I see.. it seems that it found his other monkey friends, feisting by the pile of bananas. How wonderful, sharing is caring I suppose.
Oh my... It appears the monkeys are all full but woah- that is lot of banana peels. What's this? They carried all the banana peels to HUH!?
That's strange, why are they sending banana peels at the edge of the isles volcano? Those are some daring monkeys, but wait- there are also other animals with leftover fruits. Watermelon, coconuts, mangos, and many more. As such, one by one, each animals thrown all of the leftover fruits in the volcano burning them into crisps to dust to nothingness.
Is this their OWN way to clean leftovers? Is this some kind of agreement in the animal kingdom? Perhaps a cult... perhaps.... perhaps....
....
BOOOM!!!!
The volcano has erupted!!
Smoke blows, rocks falling and some animals running away from it. Underneath all of this havoc lies a shadow under the smoke the flames of the volcano.
"HE'S ALIVE, HE'S ALIVE!!" the bird had screamed. Rising from the magma, a wooden mask appeared.
"Who has awaken me from my SLUMBER," the mask angrily spoke. It appears that the strange leftover dumping ritual by the animals were actually trying to call the spirit of the volcano amidst of a dire need of help.
"It was us, oh great spirit" as the monkey bowed to welcome the spirit to the surface. Followed by the other animals to gain his trust. "Welcome to Our Island."
