The next day Elena was still ignoring Cass and he seemed like a lost puppy again. Unfortunately for him, Thietian had to get to work. Thietian walked out of the house and was occupied all day long with finding out about his brother Lierthe (leer-th) who offered us his help. Thietian biggest wonder was how Lierthe knew that it was him who was making movements against his father.
Today was the day that the information was given to the sixty countries and every news outlet available. Every one today was on pins and needles as we waited to see what would be done with the information. To get everyone to focus on a task instead of fill the air with anxiety, I suggested we video some of the lab technicians and doctors from the labs that we still had that would cooperate with us and spread the truth about what they were doing.
With Thietian leaving to go oversee the making of the video, John delegated the people in the tech room of the house who were always hard at work. Anyone with out a set task was told to assist in taking care of the property and cleaning and maintaining the inventory we had in the barn.
I went inside to talk to Elena. However, upon seeing the look on her face that was full of concern as she was looking out the window, I decided to leave it be.
"He left and didn't say anything. Is everything alright?" Elena asked me.
"Yes, he went to oversee a few things at the holding compound. He'll be back later. Are you alright Elena? I've never seen you look so agitated before." I motion for her to take a seat so we are able to talk comfortably.
"I'm alright. We both have some things that we need to get used to since I moved in here. Maybe it's hormones or I didn't realize how big this actually was going to be. I've become more anxious now that I've seen and heard more of what is going on. How are you calm about this? I've been around when you've had a mental break and can not fathom how you are able to keep your self together right now." Elena asks me honestly.
I'm taken aback at first because of the bluntness of her questioning how I'm able to maintain my control over my mental state. Seeing how anxious she looks though I understand her bluntness. It was the most straight forward way of asking, even if it seemed slightly rude.
"I can't explain exactly how I am able to maintain my composure, but I can try to." I bite my lip, uncertainty evident in my expression.
"Per favore, Sin. Anything that I might be able to utilize to keep from going..... oh how do you say.... Fuori di testa? Oh yes! Out of my mind." She responds earnestly.
I take a deep breath and collect my thoughts. "Find something that's not overwhelming to keep yourself busy. I know you're an accountant for your sisters company which pays you a salary and doesn't require much of your time and can be done remotely on the computer. Whats left for you to get ready for when little..." I look around to make sure John won't be coming in the house. "John arrives? What are some of your hobbies? Maybe you could even help with analyzing the data we have?" I throw some things out there.
"That didn't seem to help you completely, you used to keep busy and still would have breaks." She held her hands together trying not to wring them together.
"No, but it helped. If you helped with the work, it may relieve some of your anxiety. So you can see how we are very cautious about every move we make." I offer.
"But then I would have to be around Thietian...." She started and trailed off.
"Elena what exactly has you so worked up over Thietian, other than what you've already told me." I ask hoping she'll tell me what's really the problem.
"Sin... I ... I don't know how to put this ... but sometimes when we're ummm..." Her lips thin in an embarrassed smile, " you know... I know it's Cass. Yet, there are times when it's still Cass's face but I don't think it's Cass that's coming through. Especially since yesterday when he was still Thietian but said 'Hello beautiful' and told me it was him they were just transitioning..... I don't know it just makes me feel like that could be happening during our .... love... making."
As she told me her eyes teared up and I didn't know what to say. I could understand her confusion and hurt either way. I'm stuck because I'm not sure.
"Have you asked him if that's ever happened maybe? I mean in those moments I could see how you may lose control that it may have just seemed that way." She shakes her head no to my question.
"Well think about asking him, then maybe you can move on from that? Do you want to help us out back?"
She shakes her head no again, "Not right now, not until I get some answers."
"Is there anything you would like to do then?"
"Yes. Let's go to the village and buy some things for the babies room and for dinner tonight." She suggests and I smile.
"Sure. Let's go."

.....Cass's POV....
'You know Thietian, we should have told Elena we were leaving.'
'She's mad at us, ignoring us completely, remember?'
I remain silent for a few seconds. 'At least send her a message. She was excessively upset at us last night over just sitting down at the table before morphing. It might be hormones or it could be something else. Please just send her a message, Thietian.'
'FINE. I don't know why we're the ones who always have to try and make things right with her. Why can't we get upset and lose our cool too sometimes?' Thietian's mental grumbling can be heard through the connection as he pulls out the phone and unlocks it.
'What do you want me to say?' He asks exasperated.
'Tell her... Sorry amore, we had to go take care of something for work. We will be back later for me to enjoy dinner with you. '
'Cass, is that all?' Thietian mentally rolls his eyes.
'Thietian stop being an ass, yes.' I tell him getting annoyed my self at him.
Thietian sends the message and sticks the phone back in his pocket. He gets back to the group that are setting up the area for the people here who are willing to talk with their faces on camera about the Erl-kings plans, what he had already started, who they worked for, etc. Some of the girls we had saved from Emir's house in Turkey were going to share what being enslaved was like and what happened to them.
The doctors that had been helping treat the girls were nearby in case it became to much for some of them. They didn't want the girls to go through to much distress and take steps back from the progress they had made. Especially because out of the dozen girls that we had saved only four said they were ready to talk about what they went through. The doctors were willing to let them speak even though they felt it was still too soon for them.
Right now we were preparing to do interviews with the technicians first who were willing to help. We had around ten that would do it, the others were too afraid for their families and friends if they did say something. We understand their concerns so only the ones who didn't have family or their family consisted of distant relatives that they had not communicated with in years.
We have a comfortable chair and table set up for the interview and make sure they have something to drink before we do the sound check and playback quality.
'You should put up some kind of background so they can't see the inside of this place. Make it less likely for someone to possible recognize the area or at least the geographical area from the trees and things outside the window.'
I suggest this to Thietian and he agrees before turning and asking some one to start putting up a back drop and closing the heavy curtains on the windows so nothing can be seen to identify the place. As everyone is rushing about to hurry up and take care of the new orders our phone vibrates.
Walking away from everyone we open it up and it's Elena.

'Well at least she said something instead of nothing at all.'
Thietian just hums in response to that and puts the phone away and turns to continue with going over some of the questions that need to be asked or would most likely result in the best answers.
"Your highness Thietian!" One of the half Fae recruits came running up with his phone out in hand.
"Look!" He shoved it into our hands for us to look at.
It was open to the news headlines.

It was showing up all over the place. Of course there was quite a bit of skepticism right now, but for only giving out this information 12 hours ago, we were doing alright. For them to be already showing it on the news and in headlines.. It was going quicker then we anticipated. I quickly went through a few articles and went to the comments section.
"Prince Thietian. We are ready to start if you are." Dagur (Duh-grr) one of the wood nymphs came forward and handed me a clipboard with some notes we had written earlier.
"Thank you. Let's begin shall we." We were still only just getting started with revealing the truth.
