Here I am, standing in front of two large doors, with my brother next to me with his nose in a book. I, am currently standing in front of my new high school.
"We are here" I say trying to make conversation with Alec.
He looks up from the book for a second, nods and is back reading whatever it is. I sigh. Okay, so let me get this straight. Alec and I are twins. But we hardly conversed, we are not those ' I tell you everything-you tell me everything ' twins. We are just a normal pair that ignores each other.
Alec pulls up his round 'Harry Potter' sort glasses up his nose and walk inside the school, not giving a care in the world about all the stares we are getting, been new and all. I slowly step in, ignoring the stares and whispering and turn towards where Alec was standing, only to see him heading into another set of doors, which had been labelled ' Library'.
I groaned. Being the great 'big-by-five-minutes' brother, he is doing a job too well. Please note my sarcasm. I stroll through the hallways, trying to find the main office. I had been walking for about ten whole minutes, and when I step into the office, I see Alec fricking Marshell already there. I growl silently and sit down next to him.
"We welcome you two to our school. Eleanor Marshell and Alec Marshell, right?" and we both nod. "Great. Here are your time tables. We hope you would enjoy your first day, now you can leave."
I quickly jump out of chair with a 'thank you' to the principle and follow Alec out of the doors.
"What class do you have first?" I ask my brother who was heading towards, I don't know...His locker, maybe?
"Chemistry" Okay, we are back on the one word only conversations.
"I have English" I said whining and all my fat ass of a brother does is nod.
I dump him and look down at my schedule and takes a turn towards where my locker should be.
Slam!!
Great. First day at school and I am already running into lockers. Well, it wasn't there when I turned, but it had materialized out of no where. Now, now, if this was a book and not my real life, I would see the most handsome playboy, who I mistook for a locker door, cause his chest were hard. Sorry, but this is real life and when I looked up all I saw a smirking plastic blonde holding the said locker door.
I get up groaning and wipe invisible dust from my butt.
"Oops, my bad" The blondie say trying to show a fake innocent look. I rolled my eyes.
I ignore her and grab my satchel from the floor and try to walk around her when I fall again. I see a three inched high heeled foot before I fall down to kiss the floor. Bad floor! Bad floor! It took my first kiss!!
Well, now you actually can't blame the blondie barbie doll for tripping me. Well it is her fault, but I am the kind where you trip on flat stones. Yeah...yeah..it's called being clumsy. I stand up straight and glare at the barbie who was giggling.
" ' My bad?' " I said mimicking her high pitched voice.
"No, and I have no time to waste on you, so go away trash" She says.
"What? You call me trash? Omg! You have been mislead! Haven't anyone told you that you look like the plastic barbie right out of the trash can?" I say smirking.
I heard a few snickers behind me and I looked over my shoulder to see four boys, with their bags slinging over their shoulders.
"You've gone too far trash! You won't live this down" The blonde growled.
I shrugged at her and swiftly turned around, making my shiny auburn hair struck her face, and walked towards my locker.
Well, my friends, as much as cliché as this sounds, I have made my first high-school rival.
