I woke up to someone shaking me telling me to wake up. I slowly opened my eyes to see the vamp Tristian. Why was he here? "Leo, over here I found her!" Tristian shouted. Who was Leo? I think I remember the vamp telling me that Leo is the leader. Why do they want me? Why didn't I die in my sleep? I hate this. "Hey little one, it's ok I'm here now." Leo said. I tried to move away from him and started to cry again. Leo moved away from me with hurt in his eyes. Why does he always look like that? I stayed still whilst he looked at my neck and ankle. "Can you walk?" Tristian asked. I nodded, knowing full well that I couldn't. I didn't want them to know that though. They nodded and started to walk out of the cave. I used the wall to help me up and slowly started to walk out of the cave. Every time I applied pressure to my ankle it hurt and I had to bite my tongue so that I didn't whimper. It was hard and silent tears streamed down my face. But I carried on, determined not to let them know I was hurt. After about five minutes they were a good few meters in front of me. After another five minutes I could only see a far off version of them. I took this chance to stop and sit down, hoping that they would carry on without me. "You can't walk can you?" I heard Leo say behind me. I bowed my head and refused to see him. The next thing I knew, I was being lifted up and Leo carried me back.
We walked for half an hour in silence before we got back to the castle. Yep I had been in a castle and not known it. It was a fairy tale castle with the four towers and bridge with mot. The bridge was down and I could see a road which must lead to the village I saw before. Leo didn't leave my side for even a second. He took me straight to the room I was in before and told Tristian to get the doctor. The doctor came in a few seconds and examined me. The doctor said that nothing was broken and that I just needed rest. Leo didn't leave me at all. He ordered Tristian to get everything that he needed. Tristian still got me food and Leo watched me as I ate. He kept telling me to eat more and more. I couldn't eat everything and I didn't want to. I kept my distance from Leo as much as I could. I sat on the bay window the whole time. I only got up to go to the toilet. Most of the time it was to just escape Leo's horrible stare. He would stare at me without blinking watching every move that I made. I stayed silent the whole time. He kept asking me questions like who was I and where was I from. I didn't say anything. He had Tristian bring him his laptop where he did god knows what. He just kept typing and then asking me questions. Typing and asking again and again. I watched the sun rise higher until it started to set again. Then I started to watch the moon rise. "Little one, you need to tell me who you are. This would be a lot easier you know." Leo said to me. I looked at me and then turned away again. I gave up for the night and fell asleep at the bay window.
"Let go of me please. I didn't do anything." I cried. A wolf had bitten my arm and was dragging me back to the pack house. It didn't let go and took me straight to the Alpha's office. I didn't do anything. I was just doing my normal chores and doing the gardening. I didn't do anything wrong. The wolf chucked me at the Alpha's feet and walked out. I laid there crying holding my bloody arm. The Alpha slapped me and kept kicking and punching me. I kept screaming for him to stop but for him that only made this more fun. Then he grabbed me by my neck and started to squeeze until I saw black spots. I didn't want to ass out again. My body couldn't take anymore of this. I was bleeding out and now my oxygen supply was slowly being taken away from me. I kept fighting the Alpha. I tried kicking him and hitting but I had no energy left and my body wouldn't do what I said. The Alpha chucked me out of the window, telling me to clean the mess up when I was awake.
I woke up screaming like there was no tomorrow. I felt someone touch me and I screamed even more. I was crying and felt the tears on my face run down my cheeks and to my neck. "Hey little one, it's ok, I'm here no one is going to hurt you." I heard a voice say. I opened my eyes and saw nothing but darkness. I could make out a figure in the dark. Was I still dreaming? The light turned on and I came back to reality. I was looking at a concerned Leo. I was in the comfy bed. How was I going to explain this? Oh yeah, I didn't have to. I could keep up my mute act as long as I want. Tristian ran in at the speed of light with his fangs out. I ran out of the bed and in to the toilet. I looked the door and slid down. I couldn't believe this. What the hell had I gotten myself into and what was I going to do now? I started to cry and I fell asleep crying on the floor of a bathroom. Just like all those nights in the pack. Alone, cold and scared. I don't know how long I was out for but I woke up and looked at the mirror. My eyes where red and dull. Always dull. At least my face was a little less white. I had some colour again. That was something. I opened the door slightly and saw Leo laying on the bed asleep. It was still dark outside. I went to the bay window and fell asleep again. At least this wasn't as cold.
