The minute I was certain Asha was asleep I stood up from the bed, detached myself from her gently to avoid waking her up and kissed her before leaving the room to begin making plans.
Maya was getting better in the clinic and Mila was in Keith's care with Maia, so that was a lot of issues already taken care of. I just needed to do a few things with help from Natalie, Justin, and Lilith.
I moved downstairs in search of my targets and luckily found them together chatting away in the courtyard under one of the trees. The minute they spotted me making my way towards them, they rose to their feet, a sign of respect.
