It's been two hours since Xander and I spoke and in that amount of time, he's roused the pack warriors and given them a prep on everything needed for the mission of saving my mom.
I was giddy and nervous, a little sad too since I couldn't go with them but I did understand the importance of staying behind to avoid being a nuisance to anyone.
After Xander left to begin preparing the warriors, he sent Lilith and Aunt Maia to me so we could decipher the riddle Selena gave me. So far so good, we've come to a few conclusions. Some literal, others cryptic, whatever works, in the end, is up to Xander.
"Asha, do you think maybe she meant that riddle for another time other than now?" Lilith suggested. I thought the same thing in the beginning but somehow within my heart, I knew the riddle was meant for this specific occasion.
