Zeus's electricity is still running around my body making it feel like ants are crawling around my skin. The sensation that the fox had felt I am feeling it as well. It seems like not only the wolf and the fox had merged into one, but I also ended up merging with them so now the wolf, fox, and I had converged into one single soul into this body.
I looked up at Zeus she is flying up in the air smiling down at me. I can't help but feel strange ownership that she has over me. It's maybe because she has turned the fox and the wolf into a stone becoming a constellation in the sky really made them relief from running away and catching each other.
It's been so long but the fox couldn't remember the god who let it out of the cage running in the world killing people that commits crimes. Then another god sets the wolf free who has the ability to catch every supernatural beast in its grasp in order to catch the Teumessian fox.
A wave of dizziness soon hits me and the feel of motion sickness started to travel around my head. I stumbled a couple of times but Fay pulled into her to hold me in place. I was thankful for that and closed my eyes. Poseidon drowning the fox in the ocean wasn't a pleasant feeling. The fox couldn't breathe and since I have a connection to the fox I was feeling it too. I groaned. Then there was that cold dark place that experienced when Hades threw dark magic into the fox's body. I feel like I am going to see everything differently with that strong immense dark magic in my body now.
Everything I had felt when the Big Three was doing the ritual to evolve us and converging our souls into one I was truly frightened. To be honest, I don't ever want to go through it ever again. It was cold, dark, and filled with pain.
I looked back at the balcony and the big three stood there. It was really amazing for all of us to be here and when I realized it a sudden pain lashed out at me. I screamed breaking down falling onto the fall while I crouched to the ground. I closed my eyes wanted to call out for help, but when I realized all of us were breaking out into heavy screams. We were all actually dealing with the same.
I began to pant feeling something burning into my side left hip as if a sharp torture tool were slicing into my very skin carving out a specific design into my flesh. I left out a big huff of breath and panted heavily. The dizziness worsens and I broke out in sweats. By the end of this, I felt paralyzed. I even felt it possible for me to even sit upright.
I tried to harbor every energy I have to sit up and when I did I looked at the side of my hip. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. There was an animal mark on it like it was tattooed and it is a cow. I groan.
I got up from the floor and looked at Fay. She was holding onto her stomach in pain. "Allow me," I looked at Fay. She nods her and removed her hand. I lift up her shirt to see an animal has appeared on her bottom left torso and it was a snake. I breathe and concentrate on my white magic taking her pain away and when I did I went up to Camila she has an image of a wolf on her upper right torso.
I went around the room to heal Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon. All of us have different animals tattooed onto our skin at the different areas of our body that had felt excruciating pain. Zeus has a picture of a peacock on her left shoulder. Hades has it on his right shoulder a dragon. Meanwhile, Poseidon has on his chest a goat.
I didn't understand what was happening, but when Calchas came into the room scanning all of us he began to explain. "We are the seven sins," he said. "These animal shown on our skin proves that we are the seven sins that can stop The Ancient Ones."
"What are you talking about?" I asked him.
Calchas looks at me and pulls up his shirt and on his mid-torso, there was a flying vulture on it. "In ancient symbols, the vultures represent gluttony. I totally understand because, I admit it, I am one heck of an eater. Poseidon, his sin, is sloth since I also understand that he is lazy."
"Hey, what did I ever do to you?" Poseidon complained.
Calchas just rolls his eyes. "Hades is wrath. He usually does things when he is in a rage."
Hades glares daggers at him releasing a dangerous dark aura around the room specifically pointing at Calchas threatening him not allowing him to speak any ill words pointed at himself. It certainly did the job. Calchas remained frozen in his place unable to speak.
"Hades stop!" I said. "I need to know what is going on? Calchas is the only one who knows what is going on?" Only then Hades swallowed back his dark magic. I looked back to Calchas he was breaking out in cold sweat.
"Z-zeus," Calchas tries to gather his confidence to speak again. He took a breath to calm down and spoke one more time. "Zeus," he said sounding more confident. "She is pride because she believes she holds the highest position of gods and power."
"I have a cow what does it mean?"
"Lust," he said. "Cow represents lust it."
I smile it makes sense. I used to play around with girls all the time back when I didn't found Fay.
Camila stood up from the ground. "What does wolf mean then?"
"Greed," he answered. "It means the last sin is envy and that is Fay you have an animal of a snake, don't you?" Calchas stated. Fay nods her head. "All these sins have shown each of our personality. Zeus," Calchas looked at the lord of the sky. "The last time you didn't make it this far to complete the fox, but now you have. What are you planning?"
Zeus didn't say anything instead she looks up at the sky and whistles. A beast came flying through the air. I couldn't see what it was but Zeus held out her hand out like she was waiting for the beast to fly down to her hand. It did. We were all surprised at the sight of a phoenix that was huge and became small landing on her arm as she anticipated. She smiles patting the phoenix like it is a parrot.
"Isn't it, obvious," Zeus finally spoke. "Defeat The Ancient Ones, defy the wheel of fates, reclaimed back what was rightfully ours, last but not least to awake mother earth."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing there were more things that we had to do? Zeus looks at me. "My daughter," she smiles. "Defeating The Ancient Ones are not the only thing you have to do in this world but you have to make humans remember us again." She grins. "My dear daughter, you think I came here just to help you defeat The Ancient Ones. No," Zeus said cruelly. "It's all because you are the key to my every plan."
I took a couple of steps back not wanting to believe every word Zeus was saying. Every word she said hurts. It's not because she is Zeus but she is also my mother and she is using her mother's position to talk to me. It hurts.
"That's not Zeus," Calchas immediately yelled. "It is the merge. Zeus is fully merged with her human self."
Hades quickly faints onto the ground but Zeus still smiles looking at Poseidon. "Don't worry, brother. In a few days, you will be next."
I looked back to the others. "Run," I said.
