Erica remained frozen at her place. The scroll was left untouched on the floor. Everyone in the room must have felt its power the moment Erica opens up the scroll. It holds massive and destructive power, and everyone is afraid to go near it, but that power has left and it is now inside Erica's body.
I brought my hand over to the scroll and took it up to my hands. Everyone just looks at me, but it won't do us any more harm. All the powers that reside in it are gone it's safe to touch it. For the first time in a very long time, I opened it to see the picture of Gaia sleeping on the stone. I can't help but stare at the picture grimly and then something hits me.
