I was still eyeing for the sword in the soldier's sheath beneath his waist and was planning to go for it when I heard something outside of this cell… something like soldiers are struggling and someone was attacking them.
Then, after a few more seconds, I heard a loud explosion in the background that caused a lot of soldiers to flew away from their post and land in several directions while groaning in pain.
The Pope got distracted and froze to his place before facing the soldiers and shouted at them.
"What are you two standing here? Go and see what is happening outside!"
