The following day, I woke up to the sunlight that started to penetrate its way towards our tent, not to mention the humming of the birds in the early morning.
I forced myself to get up and saw that my other companions are still asleep at their places. As much as I wanted to go back to sleep, the drowsiness that I felt earlier has already left my system.
Without further thinking, I went out of the tent. It was then that I decided to use this free time that I have to practice and harness my skills.
The sound of leaves crunching at my feet was one of the few noises that could be heard around this area as I paved my way towards that vacant spot where Leo and I stayed for several minutes.
