The castle was in chaos the next few days when the king decided to held its annual ball to commemorate his parents-- the late king Nicholas I and his wife Queen Anastasia- death anniversary. I just learned recently that his parents died in a shipwreck which happened four years ago, thus King Nicholas II was obliged to take over the throne in his tender years of twenty.
Well, it would have seemed so odd to know that the king wishes to held a ball in honor of his parent's death anniversary if it were not for his explanation the other day.
