The Queen was very well pleased to show us the research facility that they have built in a short notice for this quest.
It was indeed a very spacious room packed with several bookshelves placed on one side of the room on the right corner, a good number of people seated in their respective seats and burying their noses on some books they are reading in front of a table.
I was actually looking for the said portal that Her Majesty had mentioned earlier, but my forehead only creased upon seeing nothing except for the shelves, the people, and the furniture filling the spaces of this room.
"So… where is the uh… portal, where we need to use to cross towards the 10th century?" I curiously asked as I cast my gaze around the area.
A few moments later, I saw the queen turning to look at her team of alchemists and researchers and motioned them to show us the said portal.
