The night before the fateful day where we planned to strike during the grand council, we spent the remaining days talking and laughing with each other while sharing our dinner for the night.
I am so happy to experience this kind of thing amidst the events that happened in the past. To be able to have fun and have dinner with all the people whom I trust-- and now that I have my mother finally by my side is just that so touching and overwhelming at the same time I think I might cry right now while I watch all of them gathered on the dining table.
"Don't you think it is not appropriate to be merry or to have fun like this before the actual fight?" Leo interjected the one who likes to overthink things, like me sometimes.
Aiden chuckled at Leo's remark.
