Jake leaves Sam alone and move in the jungle cause it was quite true what Sam said as Sam seemed a forty to fifty-year-old man but had the sense and coordination of a nineteen-year-old.
Jake while travelling looks towards the message pop-up on the upper end of his notification screen in the system specifying.

Alice: The system can scan for undiscovered life within a hundred-meter radius, Would you like me to perform a quick surround scan for you?
Jake: I would love that, please do so?
Alice: Very well performing a scan, The result will be presented in front of you in the form of a holographic 3D model of the area scanned.

A hologram appears in front of Jake and he was too impressed, enough to make him prompt "This update is really good"
Alice: there you go the map is presented in front of you the red dot represents creatures which were found during the scan.
Jake: Ok that's significantly helpful. Set a course for the nearest creature shown on the map.
Alice: Very well finding the nearest creature, setting a route, marking on the map. The route is marked with a blue line and the red colours on parts of the marked route, represent that the route is very rocky or full of unstable land is expected.
Jake: Hmm... How far is the creature?
Alice: approximately 203meter. do you want me to set it as a hunting assignment in the logs?
Jake: Wait didn't I say no to making logs?
Alice: Can't help its mandatory to make logs for improvement of the system.
Jake: Ah hah...Alright do it, Alice tell me this how long would it take if we use shadow steps?

Jake: Ok, so let's do it.
Jake uses shadow steps and travels by hanging on to the branches and vines of trees and spots the target and sits on a branch, Jake observes the creature and looking close he sees that it resembles a grizzly bear from the backside.

Jake: That's quite a creature.

Jake gets down on the ground and the bear gets alert stands on its two feet and expands his hands revelling the bear's owl-like wing exoskeleton which it uses to lift himself up in the air. Jake knows that the bear is smart and that it understands his advantages and disadvantages in fighting on the ground.
Jake thinks to himself "I have to think of a way to bring it on the ground, So that I can The heavenly strike." "But how?"
Jake looks around himself and tries to find something to bind the bear to fight on the ground. Jake speakers to himself "Hmm...Those vines should be perfect to tie up the owlbear's wings and as they are pretty thick it should be difficult for the bear to free itself and I can use those pencil-like broken tree trunks to pin the bear in one place then execute him With the move"
Jake: Ok I think I am ready to attack now lets dance.
The moment Jake steps forward the bear starts flapping its wings with terrific speed producing a small but powerful storm which apposed Jake from taking any further steps. The Owlbear being a clever creature nows that if he wants to survive then he has to maintain distance from Jake.
Jake: 'Barrier' activate
Jake activates his barrier skill and tries to stop the Owlbear from flying any further away which would be really difficult for Jake to counter. But it was useless as the range of barrier skill is too low to reach the owlbear flying high in the sky.
Jake: That failed too, know I have no choice but to shadow steps to the Owlbear and then try to tie-up its wing using the vines and then when it is unable to fly it would have no choice but to use its beak and that the time when I could strike with my sword cutting deep into its flesh.//murmuring to himself//
Jake was quite confident at his plan but he had forgotten about the fact that the Owlbear is not a usual unoriented monster but a lot clever and cunning and it may have even some hidden tricks up his sleeves.
