The look on V's face was of pure shock as Grey simply nodded in response. Grey never knew that the falling of the Asterisk Shelter was such a big deal, even referring to it as something cliche when in fact it wasn't.
Asterisk Shelter was widely known as the most formidable shelter back then, Alpha Shelter came a close second. The reason why it was so was because of how large it was. It wouldn't be an understatement if someone were to call it a city since it was as large as one. Of course, a huge territorial area wouldn't live long enough in the Nexus Era if it couldn't be defended. That's why in Asterisk were the cream-of-the-crop anti Humanoid fighters. There were more than a hundred of them, constantly patrolling the whole area to preserve order. It was quite a self-sustaining shelter that no one had a shortage of food to eat nor water to drink.
