Block-16 were leisurely taking their sweet time of walking while they avoided making noise since the overwhelming horde of Humanoids were located on the next road over. If it were a regular pathing, Red would've urged everyone to run but this time, they had to maintain silence since one wrong sound would definitely bring an end to them.
And adding to their handicap was V and Scar who was severely injured during the last encounter with the Exclusory Humanoids. If they were forced into combat, then there's a risk that the group would suffer irrevocable losses.
Because of the risks and the sole reason that they had to keep quiet, the group didn't converse amongst themselves. That's why it came as a surprise to them when V suddenly broke the silence.
"A-aren't they... " He dragged on, pointing to the far off distance.
