Cat knew that she couldn't afford to die because BLock-16 needs her as the Scout. But still, she couldn't just leave the lady and her big brother behind, her conscience wouldn't allow it.
That's why Cat thought of a solution for her current dilemma. A solution that would help her just in case the worst-case scenario happens
Yeah, I should simply set up some boundaries before that event even happens. Cat concluded.
"Um, what's your name?" Cat didn't know where to start so she asked the first and simplest question that popped into her mind.
"I'm Kiria, this is my brother, Itsuki." The lady responded. "We're both half-Japanese if you know what that is."
"Oh, so you hail from Eastern Asia. I've heard of Japan before but I don't know much about it, sorry. It was only briefly mentioned by someone I know in the past." Cat continued. "And so... which block were you from?"
