"You're here…" Anasthasia looked back despite propping her arms on the baluster top. "Where are the twins?"
"I asked them to wrap things up for this night's objective." Michael sauntered closer to her side. He jammed his hands on his pockets and admired the bright moonlight as she did.
Since then, she has remained quiet as she noticed the symphony shifted to something that could tug her heart heavy and low any time soon.
Instead of speaking, she hummed along with the music which the royal musicians in their orchestra played. More of the pianos and group of string instruments sweep throughout the hall with their key and slower tempo.
Her body turned so heavy that she cupped her cheeks, tapping.
Music turned so elaborate that it allowed sailing adrift to the wind, the sadness bottled up in her chest. She sang a song she only knew and, however, in a low volume.
The song went on and on, and the tons of burden in her heart pricked out one by one.
