Vaidehi was all set to live alone. Her packing was almost done just she had to go and see the house and complete last few formality.
Vaidehi looked down and sighed.
She didn't felt good hiding such big thing from her family but, she had to.
She took a deep breath and looked at herself in the mirror and nodded looking at her reflection.
Its been more than week since that incident and her scared were healing. But, she still get nightmare about that incident. Even though she could feel that she was healing.
"Vaidehi are you ready?" Rithika called her from downstairs.
"Coming! " She said and smiled one last time looking at herself in the mirror and walked out from her room.

Vaidehi, Rithika and Harsh drove toward the house that will be soon Vaidehi's home.
Vaidehi could feel a difference in herself-a good difference.
She looked out from the window of car sit and sighed happily as wind brushed past her face like a feather.
After almost a week she felt that life was coming back on track.
Her thoughts went to certain pair of onyx eyes.
The more she try to stay away from that man, the more fate stumble that man her way.
She didn't saw him after that night. Not that she want to.
Lair , lair pant on fire. Her subconscious mind was busy sing it on repeat.
She didn't hate him, nor she like his presence, than what kind of feeling is this that make her so restless? He is still arrogant Grinch, and nothing can change her opinion about him.
She sighed and closed her eyes, rested her head against the window and let wind brush her face.
"We are here." Harsh parked the car and got down and helped Rithika to get down.
Vaidehi gasp looking at the sight in front of her.
It was a big Italian style house with a garden and on either side.
"Are you sure they want to rent this house? " Vaidehi eye wide as saucer and she asked Harsh.
Harsh chucked looked at her expression but nodded.
"Let go inside." Rithika squealed.
Entering inside all Vaidehi could do was called her jaw that drop on floor quite literally.
A huge drawing room with a cosy fire place and then there was a hallway that lead to kitchen. And all the room were upstairs.
"Are you really sure they will let me stay here jiju (brother-in-law)?" Vaidehi asked again.
An old man in her late sixties interrupted their conversation.
"Hello. So, did you guys like the house?" He asked with a kind smile on his face.
"Yes! " Vaidehi nodded excitedly.
"Everything is ready just I want you to sign few papers." He said and gestured them to follow him.
"Sure. " They nodded and followed him.
Entering the study room, he gave few papers to Vaidehi and explain her everything.
Suddenly, the old man looked hesitate to say something.
"Actually, their is someone else who is going to share this house with her." He looked at them in hesitation.
"What!? "
"No!? "
Rithika looked at the old man furiously.
"Why didn't you tell this to us before?"She glared at him with hands on hips.
"Please try to understand my point here. I need that money right now for operation of my wife. And they were giving me a big amount of money and I couldn't say no." He looked down and sighed in defeat.
"But–"Rithika tried to protest but Vaidehi shook her head in no.
"Sir, don't worry its fine. I will manage." Vaidehi smile at him in assurance.
He smiled at her gratefully and gave her the keys before walking away.
"Why did you said yes, Vaidehi!? " Rithika looked at her worriedly.
"It's time to deal and heal my scare." She replied.

Vaidehi sat on the swing in her balcony and look at the stars.
"Isn't it weird how each star has its own story? " Rithika said and sat beside her.
"I don't find it weird. I feel like, they are like humans." Vaidehi chuckled and looked at her.
"I can never understand you weird logic, Vaidu." Rithika shook her head and took a sip her chocolate shake.
"You need to have a brain to find it, which unfortunately you don't have." Vaidehi bit inside of her cheek to control her laughter.
"You just called me brainless? " Rithika sniffle.
"Oh my god, you're crying? " She side hug her.
"No I am not crying , you are crying. " Rithika pouted.
"I can see that. I wonder how jiju(brother-in-law) is going to handle you!You mood swings are terrible." Vaidehi shook her head and looked at Rithika, who pouted.
"You really okay now, Vaidu?" Rithika asked looking at her worriedly.
"I am not but, I will be." She smile.
"You should tell everything to Dadu." Rithika sigh and looked at Vaidehi.
"No, Rithu. He will be worried. May be I have to leave everything here and go back to India. I know this is wrong but, I am helpless right now." Vaidehi looked at the sky as a lone tear roll down her cheeks.
"I will miss you Vaidehi." Rithika said and hug her tightly.
"I will miss you too." Vaidehi whispered and hugged her back.

Next day, Vaidehi finally shifted to her new home.
She settled herself and sighed looking around. It's was afteroon and she was done settling her clothes in the closet.
She sat on bed with her favourite novel and tried to read.
She still has one more day left before she goes back to office. And that being said, it's been a week since she saw that arrogant Grinch.
She groaned and closed her book and snuggled inside her blanket.
No sleep.
She sighed and got up and thought to stroll around the house.
She sat on the swing in the garden and wondered ,who is her housemate. She hoped that, who ever that person, is don't turn out to be a creep and may be they will bond and will become bestfriend.
She looked up and saw that it was getting dark.
Entering the house she locked the maindoor and went to her room.
She thought of taking bath before going to sleep. She entered her washdoom to take a shower. Humming to herself she washed herself properly. Turning off her shower and wraping her towel against her body and another on her head she opened the door.
As soon as she opened the door she let out a scream looking at the person in front of her.
"NO WAY ON EARTH!!"
