With so much in her mind, she was just staring straight at the grey wall in her room, sitting in her bed.
It's been two months since the incident. She couldn't believe that she broke up with Justin. She couldn't believe that she was forced to do this. All day she would be engrossed in the house chores trying to forget the past events. She took three part time jobs to make some money. Since she completed her college there was nothing much for her to do except to search for a job. But that incident never allowed to concentrate on any of her work.
She couldn't cry out loudly, as her aunt will beat the shit out of her. She couldn't go to the garden, as Diego her aunt's son is always there with his friends smoking and drinking. Samuel, Diego's little brother, son of her aunt was the only one who made her smile. It was not very often, as her aunt would not let her son speak with her. The only person she loved in that house was Sam. She was there invisible trying to control her emotions.
She wouldn't go outside scared of him. Afraid she would meet him again.
She even have her part time jobs only in morning and afternoon. Her aunt already asked her to get a job and move out of her house. Without Justin she felt world shattering to her feet.
After Jk asked her to break up with Justin, she didn't do it. She couldn't do it. Justin was admitted in the hospital. He lied to his family that he was okay. They didn't know a single thing that happened.
Even if they knew they wouldn't go against Jeon Jungkook. One thing she knew that day was his name.
It was better for Justin to say nothing. She asked Justin about the Denam. His reply was that it was all for business and it has nothing to do with his love for her. He didn't say her the reason for his disguise but she truly believed that he loved her. Everyday she would go meet him in the hospital. Both of them didn't talk about the incident that happened to them.
One day when she was back home from the hospital, she saw a photo and brown small package on her bed. She opened the package. Only a look at the photo and the thing in the brown cover, her heart raced like a cheetah against her ribcage. She threw both down, ran like a crazy woman out off the house. She looked around, breathing heavily, her eyes moving in every possible way, with sweat dripping down her forehead.
Her eyes landed on a black suv car.
She starred at the car for a minute. She immediately knew who was there inside. A tear escaped from her eyes.
The photo was Justin's and the brown package had a gun.
She clearly realized that he never was playing with her. His actions shouted he was not bluffing when he said he would hurt Justin if she didn't do as he said. That was the reason she ended up breaking up with Justin. That was the first time she saw a gun.
Every day her aunt bawls at her to get a job and get the hell out of her house. Diego, he his even worse. A drug addict with always alcohol in his hand. Diego and his friends doesn't miss a chance to bully her. But it has always happened since the moment she stepped into this house. Fed up she decided that she had to move out after getting a job. Eventhough she was hell scared to move alone, there was no way she could live here anymore. As the grey walls looked more and more interesting than her life, she heard her cellphone notification.
For a split second, her lips turned into smile.
She was selected in the interview which she had fifteen days ago. Her date of joining will be by next week. This was it. It was going to be a first step in her life. She was scared but made herself confident. She didn't see Jungkook for the past two months since then. She assured herself that it was going to be okay.
She already started her house hunting simultaneously when she was preparing for interview. During dinner she informed her aunt that she would be moving out in a week which put a bright smile on her aunt's face.
Only person that cried was Samuel.
Every day she would be very busy with her pre joining formalities of her new job and her moving out work. She was going to be in this house for only today and tomorrow.
It was eight at night. With all the work completed she was heading to her room. She stopped in her track when her aunt called her. She turned to see her aunt pointing her cellphone at her. "It is David" her aunt just smacked the phone in her soft palms and disappeared.
David is her aunt's brother.
She has seen him once in every year. It was weird for him to talk, weird for him to talk to her. "Yes" she breathed through the phone. "I heard you are moving" matured old masculine voice passed through her ear. "Yes" her answer was simple. "Good luck" was his next word and the call was hung up. David talked to her only once. He was very caring to Diego and Samuel but to her he never talked. She sighed as she made her way to her room.
It was morning. Today was the last day, she was vacating by seven.
She packed everything. She spent the whole day with Samuel buying things for the little boy. It was six when they reached the house. With everything packed, she left her room to give her aunt the spare house key.
As she reached the hall, she heard her aunt speaking with someone in phone. She heard her say "I won't do that" in a furious tone.
Before she could speak, the woman saw her standing with the keys. Muttering a sorry, she placed the keys on the couch and left to her room.
She booked a taxi, picking her luggage, looking around her room once more, she turned towards the door. She dropped down everything she had in her hands shocked by the person standing infront of her.
