With a growl, Vita quickly grabbed Willow and pulled her away from the area. In the end, the snake was only left with a mouthful of dirt. Its fangs had dug deep into the earth that was loosened by the tremor caused by the collapse of the gigantic axe. With this, Willow looked back in time to see the serpent had dug up a large boulder that had been hidden under the earth for who knows how long! Willow quickly urged Vita to turn around as it prepared for its next strike.
"Are we seriously going to fight it, Willow?!" Vita cried out to her mind in horror, "That thing is faster than me!"
"If it's so fast, what made you think that we can run?" Willow scowled as she continued, "Also, snakes can sense our heat temperature. It's useless trying to hide from it."
