"The landfill?" Xia Chang's eyes widen in surprise, "I thought that the town doesn't allow children to loiter around the area anymore after the last incident."
The second uncle nodded with a heavy sigh, "Father said they did place that rule. The first rule in a long time to be passed unanimously in agreement with all the elders. Some of the trash are from the city and who knows what sort of people dumped into their garbage and what those things are. So it was decided that children weren't allowed to go there. However, it seemed that someone was too soft hearted."
