Out of the cocoon, your frail wings unfold

Flowers bloom with bliss, be it young or old

Out in the meadow, your scales glimmer through

Giving the land memories of something new

Beauty, sorrow, glee - nothing really lasts

Fame, fortune, glory - things were so transient

Life that once kindled now burns to stardusts

Hark, does metamorphosis truly end?
