The first thing to come to Mares' mind was wondering if he could take down the Tier Two Pinken. His instincts told him he might be able to run from it, but winning was unlikely.
Thankfully those same instincts told him that the creature had no fighting or hostile intent towards them.
It flew to Felsen, circling around her before stopping in front of the mage.
Kristal recognized the larger beast and started to happily chirp towards it.
'I think it's her mother.' Esen presupposed.
The Pinken lowered her head until Felsen could easily pat her, and so the mage did, finding the gigantic beast that could easily turn her apart actually adorable.
The feeling of connection with Felsen felt with the mother was stronger than the one she felt with Kristal and she managed to start a mental conversation.
Mares was oblivious to that, and kept looking, waiting to see what would happen. Not like he had many other choices right now.
