Mares did not feel the water touching him even as he passed through it. Visually, it looked like the water made contact with his skin but in reality, there was a very thin layer that made sure he would stay dry.
After he walked through the silver-eyed was surprised as the scenery changed completely.
Darkness surrounded him, front and back. Looking behind there was no waterfall, making him believe he had been teleported somewhere else.

Esen answered, clearing his doubts. And while Mares knew what a pocket realm was he had no frame of reference to how strong one would be to have one. Still, he could only imagine it required an immense power, something the current him could not compare to.
