"Games? Why would we play games?"
Mares questioned with a raised eyebrow.
"Well, we are all warriors, aren't we? We know best that battling helps make sense of someone like nothing else, but for me, games do that just as fine. And contrary to battling, they don't need to be inherently violent."
Even his companion looked at him with questioning looks. Mares had to look deep into his eyes to make sure this guy was serious. But the silver-eyed saw no falsity there.
"We don't know your names."
Mares pointed out as a matter of fact.
"That's not an issue. The big guy over there was contracted by me, his name is Duro. You can call me Muten."
Muten said, stretching his hand for Mares.
"I am Mares."
The silver-eyed said, reaching and shaking Muten's hand. Now that he was no longer on the Colosseum and was directly going against the Nightmares' he had no reservations about sharing his name.
