Morning came at home I woke up.
Wei-Wei: Aaargh!!! My head..
Someone knock at the door. It was the LandLady shouting.
LandLady: Wei-Wei? You're there, right?
Still dazed, I fumbled around looking for a wound on my body.
Wei-Wei: Huh? I'm fine... was that a dream?
The LandLady still knocking and shouting.
LandLady: Open up!
The phone started ringing.
Wei-Wei: Ah!No....!
I grabbed my phone and go under my blanket. I answer the phone.
Wei-Wei: Hey, what's up? Violet?
Violet: Hello, Wei-Wei! Didn't you hear the new? It's crazy! You know that roof top that you always go to? The one with the great view?
Wei-Wei: Yeah, what about it?
Violet: The street in front of that is covered in blood....
Wei-Wei: What! Blood?!
Violet: Thank goodness you're safe!
Wei-Wei: ...Yeah, thank for checking up on me. But right now isn't the best time for me to talk. I call you later! Ok bye.
These things really do happen...why am I so thirsty? I guess, I drank way too much last night.
So I grab a cup of water to drink.
Wei-Wei: Blargh! This water tastes strange!
The water tasted strongly like blood.
Wei-Wei: ...What's wrong with me?
Still the knock on the door.
LandLady: Hey! I know you're in there! Open up!
Wei-Wei: What should I do...?
The LandLady still shouting at the door .
LandLady: The funeral is over, don't you think, you should've paid for the rent by now?
Wei-Wei: ....
LandLady: Oh right. What did you do with your inheritance? Did you got it when your poor mom die!?
Wei-WeI:...err..
Right then....! I couldn't control my anger and burst the door open.
LandLady: See!I know you were inside!
I felt anger rising inside me I couldn't control it, boiling and churning.
Wei-Wei: What? Inheritance? How could you say that?
LandLady: Why can't I? You're three months behind on rent. What other choice do you have?
Wei-Wei: I have a job.
LandLady: hahaha you have a job? Oh you mean all those worthless painting of yours? And here I was hoping that your mother left some money for you.
Wei-Wei: ...What!?
I grabbed her by the collar.
Wei-Wei: So apologized right now.....!
LandLady: Let me go! How are you so strong?!
Wei-Wei: I said apologize right now.....!
LandLady: Aaargh !!!
The next thing I knew, I was in the police station.
Wei-Wei: ...Huh?
Police: Are you okay?
LandLady: Aaargh!!! P-Please, help me! That girl is crazy! Her eye went all red and she tried to kill me!
Police: Is this true?
Wei-Wei: .....I don't remember.
LandLady: What? You lair...!
Police: So, what actually happened?
I told the police what happened in detail.
Police: Woah, ma'am, that was very inappropriate. To say that to a girl that lost her parents.
Thankfully, the police seemed to be on my side.
Police: But...But, you can't be physical with other people just because you're angry. Just say sorry to her?
Wei-Wei: I'm sorry...
LandLady: You're just going to let her go? I told you, she crazy!
Police: That enough, ma'ma .
Wei-Wei:....
I was released with a warning. But I had to move out immediately.
Front door of the apartment.
Wei-Wei: Wait, but you can't do this!
All of my belongings are packed up outside. The LandLady emptied the apartment without asking me and left all my stuff outside. And a postman was standing near by my belongings awkwardly.
Wei-Wei: Oh..Is that for room 300?Give it to me please...it's the envelope with the plane ticket again.
I was about to put the envelope in the return box with my signature.
Wei-Wei: Is he rich enough to send me a plane ticket every day?....
There was a small note in the envelope, with a ticket for the flight departing today at 5pm.
Wei-Wei: I never realized there was a note before came with it.
So I look at it and it's said.
Edmund: My dear daughter Wei-Wei when you arrive at the airport, my assistant will be there to guide you to the mansion.
Wei-Wei: An assistant? How rich is he...? He's rich enough to send me a plane tickets every day and get someone to assist me?
The LandLady yelled at me.
LandLady: Why are you still here!?I told you to leave!!
Wei-Wei: ...Fine, I'll go who would want to live there with a mean old lady like you.
I was looking at the note again. I'll go, and see a father for once.
I packed my bags. And I saw myself in the mirror, I looked like a downright mess...
Wei-Wei: Umm....I wonder if Edmund is living with someone els. If I just show up like this...won't they ignore me? Maybe I should change my clothes. There this is much better! Better to have more self-confidence. I will be straight forward with him. Okay let's set my journey!
