Lucifer turned around and returned to his quarter, Callum saw his turned back his eyes had disappointed look but a determination shone within them. He ran behind him shouting " I did it dad, now you have to explain it to us why, me and Melinoe are suffering here when we could be back to our place at least there were no people making fun of us and there would be Chloe".
Even saying her name made him sad, he kept running behind Lucifer his questions inquesitive and non stop. Lucifer stopped, he looked at his watch and turned to his now annoying son " You didn't finish it, but you made me proud, so go have your lunch now and attend all the classes after evening lessons come to my quarter". Ruffling his hairs Lucifer went inside the academy.
Callum ran to Melinoe who was sitting alone in the cafeteria playing with her food Callum excitedly spoke " after evening lessons come to dad's quarter we need to have family meeting ". Melinoe was curious but she kept silent. She was slowly realising that things were not like she imagined them. Things are going the wrong way and she can't do anything and probably this family meeting will give her some hope.
Classes went petty well, only irritating things were passing comments that were sent through Melinoe's way making his blood boil. Callum looked at the clock it was almost end of last class. He turned to speak to Melinoe who was sitting at last bench all alone. Chris Adams and his gang were laughing at something surrounding her. It was definitely not funny by looking at Melinoe's face.
Callum couldn't take it, he ran towards Chris yanking his collar, his dark energy started leaking and there was a coldness around him " if you dare to come near her, I will.put you to sleep like wild dog". Leaving him he held Melinoe's wrist and dragged her outside to the Lucifer's quarter as decided.
