He already have a couple of wells in the backyard but he needed a hand pump build. So he went towards a blacksmith and showed him the plans. He made sure to patent the design so he gets some of the profits when sold in the market.
He don't need an inscription master anymore. From the knowledge from the ancient scrolls, he can create an inscription array to ward off even above the legend rank. He also modified the arrays on his wall and house. His whole property has a sudden increase of spiritual heavenly energies that is good for cultivation. Its like having spirit stones.
He also gathered all his servants and made them use the soul crystal and impart each of them a superior cultivation technique. He also hand them self defense technique manual in his time in the army special forces.
