Hong Liu's eyes opened to see her hands wrapped around Dong Hai's silver lock, she caressed it sleepily, and her head rested on his torso. A smile pulled on her lips and her heart soar at the knowledge that he didn't disappear. He is still here, with her. She looked up and he hand-raised at eye level with a scroll in his hand, She yawned and sat straight.
"Awake? How are you feeling?" He asked as Hong Liu cracked her neck and rubbed the back of it.
"Feeling a bit strain,"
"Hm, that's normal, here drink this it will soothe you," He leaned away putting the scroll down and he took the bowl set on the side of the bed, she raised her hand to take instead Dong Hai raised the spoon to her mouth.
"Oh," she gulps it down and frowns at the metallic taste.
