Originally, Asahi's heart was still somewhat nervous.

After all, the giant whale suddenly breaking free from the seal caught Asahi off guard, making the time he had prepared become less sufficient.

But he didn't expect that this giant whale would give up resistance and plead for mercy.

So, as the plea for mercy from the giant whale echoed, Asahi raised an eyebrow in surprise.

Along with the giant whale's spiritual waves, a clear, ethereal voice resounded in Asahi's mind.

The voice was crisp as if it belonged to a seventeen or eighteen-year-old girl.

If Asahi hadn't seen it with his own eyes, he would surely have thought the owner of this voice was a maiden rather than a terrifying giant whale.

As for why a whale could speak human language, was that strange? Creatures of this level, apart from their strength, should have learned over the years.

If this choice were given to an ordinary person, encountering such a situation, they would undoubtedly continue to attack regardless of the giant whale's pleas.

But Asahi didn't. He now demonstrated firsthand what it meant to have great skill and courage.

With a concentrated mind, the fire dragon that had already been launched toward the giant whale suddenly halted its movement.

As Asahi looked at the giant whale with its eyes closed, a slight movement of his mind caused the attack he had painstakingly gathered to slowly dissipate into the air.

At this moment, the giant whale also sensed that the terrifying energy fluctuation had dissipated.

Carefully opening its eyes, it found that the flames causing it so much pain had indeed disappeared.

Only then did it breathe a sigh of relief, realizing it wasn't just its imagination.

Looking at Asahi lurking in the air, it was somewhat perplexed as to why such a small human could be so terrifying. "Aren't you going to attack me anymore?"

Having broken the seal inside its body and feeling its strength restored, the giant whale emitted waves of doubt, carefully asking Asahi.

Asahi chuckled as he looked at the enormous creature before him. He couldn't shake the feeling that this giant whale seemed a bit... innocent.

"If you hadn't attacked me first, why would I have attacked you?" Asahi shook his head, explaining to the giant whale with a smile.

At this point, Asahi understood that his previous choice had been the right one.

Although the giant whale's situation was still unclear, because Asahi hadn't attacked just now, its hostility had dissipated.

"But why did you disturb my sleep? I just wanted to drive you away, but you kept bothering me." Hearing Asahi's words, the giant whale lamented with some regret.

It felt aggrieved too. It had been sleeping peacefully, but then this human came and insisted on disturbing its rest.

After warning once without being listened to, it felt necessary to teach him a lesson.

After all, being woken up by someone else instead of waking up naturally was quite uncomfortable.

As a result, not only did the lesson fail, but it also ended up getting beaten up, leaving it nowhere to argue.

It was the first time it had felt so aggrieved after living for so many years. Asahi admitted that he was somewhat speechless at this moment.

The imposing momentum just now turned out to be because he disturbed its sleep.

Unexpectedly, a Six Paths level whale still had a bad temper. Looking at the enormous body before him, Asahi fell silent for a few seconds.

Then he spoke to the whale, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to disturb your rest."

Upon hearing Asahi's apology, the giant whale joyfully slapped the surface of the sea with its tail, causing waves to splash around.

"It's okay, I forgive you," the giant whale said with a contented expression.

Asahi watched the performance of the whale, genuinely puzzled by how it had reached this level of cultivation.

"Let's reintroduce ourselves. I'm Asahi, the head of the Ogami Clan. What's your name?"

Asahi shook his head, clearing his mind of cluttered thoughts, and addressed the giant whale. "Really? Your name is Asahi? But I don't have a name, how can I tell you?"

The giant whale expressed its frustration upon hearing Asahi's words. Asahi hadn't expected that this giant whale would actually have no name.

After a moment of silence, he spoke up again. "In that case, how about I give you a name?"

"Really? That's great! Please come up with something nice!" The giant whale's eyes lit up upon hearing Asahi's proposal, urging him excitedly.

Seeing the whale's familiar and unreserved demeanor, Asahi simply smiled and didn't say much.

After pondering for a moment, Asahi suggested, "Hmm, what do you think of 'Little Whale'?"

Upon hearing Asahi's words, the giant whale, who had been in an excited state and flailing its body around, suddenly froze.

Although it was very naive, it wasn't stupid. Little Whale? Seriously?

Seeing the reaction of the giant whale, Asahi understood that this name didn't quite suit its taste, so he suggested again,

"How about 'Little Blue' or 'Little Sea'?" By this point, the giant whale was on the verge of collapse. Little Blue, Little Sea? Are you sure those aren't names for cats or dogs?

"I don't think so," the giant whale's voice was filled with despair, and Asahi couldn't help but feel a little helpless upon hearing it.

Weren't these names good? They were quite endearing, weren't they? He remembered that one of his pets was named Little White.

"You're not satisfied with any of them? Then let me think again." Asahi rubbed his forehead, trying to come up with a name for the giant whale.

He really didn't know what to name it. Why did it feel like naming it was harder than training?

"Don't be too serious about it, just give me a normal name," the giant whale interjected, afraid that Asahi might come up with another ridiculous name like Little Fish.

It had made up its mind. If the name couldn't satisfy it, then it would rather not have a name at all. "A normal one?" Asahi rubbed his chin.

Wasn't the previous suggestion normal enough? Oh well, let's come up with a more conventional name.

It seemed like it couldn't accept those affectionate names for juniors. With this in mind, Asahi sighed helplessly.

"Well, in that case, how about Isana?" Asahi suggested after some contemplation.

"You're a unique existence in the ocean, and the strongest creature in the sea I have seen so far. So naming you Isana seems fitting."

After pondering for a moment, Asahi spoke again. This time, the name was much more normal.

Upon hearing it's name Isana, the giant whale's eyes instantly lit up with joy.
