The world's name is "Imperium" and the empire that the story starts in is "The Empire of Sultac". The dominant species of the world is "Mutatio figura" that have a special ability. They are born like normal humans except that when they reach the age of 6 they can shapeshift into one "beast form", be it a mythical beast or just your regular field mouse. This ability can be used as many times as the character wants unless their power or form is sealed. Each character has an elemental attribute since the day they're born and they become a mage of that element. There are 9 elements; Life, Earth, Lightning, Darkness, Poison, Fire, Wind, Light, and Water. While they have the element, they can't use any magic except for shapeshifting until they become 10. There are different sectors that a character can go to, and they can increase their "breakthrough" to the next realm of a magic-user. For each element, there is a designated sector in the empire. There is also an additional sector that is not beneficial, but it's the most peaceful area because it's where children are raised until the age of 12. Mana is the purest form of magic that is everywhere on the planet. Magic-users can absorb mana and create a reserve of mana called a "mana pool". The mana reserves in turn are used to cast spells. There are different classifications of mages that increase mental power and mana reserves which goes:

1) Mage Apprentice

2) Mage Assistant

3) Mage

4) Wizard/Witch

5) Arch-mage

6) Sorcerer/Sorceress

Following these are combat class rankings:

1) Beginner

2) Learner

3) Proficient

4) Graduate

5) Specialist

6) Master

Currency System: 1 blue-gold coin=1,000 gold coins=10,000 silver coins=100,000 copper coins.

All items are normal unless enchanted, which ranking is 1-8. Each additional rank up for an item means almost a 20% boost in the enchantment's potency(strength). The capital of Sultac is wherever the emperor's element is. This meaning that the capital literally moves to the sector. The capital is in the fire sector from this logic. Each sector has a monastery that is devoted to the sector's element. This is where people go to learn and grow in magical and battle prowess. Each sector's monastery is also the sector's mini-government that answers to the emperor. The only established and known territory on Imperium is The Empire of Sultac. This is because the rest of the world is unexplored due to the simple fact that it is "the unknown". People call it "The Uncharted Lands". There's a rebellion that's being led by a group called "The Lightbringers" and they live in The Uncharted Lands just outside of the Earth sector. Each sector has fauna, plants, and a specific geographical structure that is specific/related to that sector. The fauna are regular animals that are mutated to fit into each elemental sector (ex. boar in the lightning sector would be called "flash boar"). All species (except for Mutatio Figura which will be called "people" in the book) can grow stronger by consuming animals of their element. They would regularly grow stronger just by aging as well. The animals and plants are all classified by ranks 1-6 (1 being the weakest). Mutatio Figura have the weakest bodies between animals and plants. That should be about it for now, if there's anything else well... Learn it like regular readers; from the story!!
