To my surprise those hands were soft. I dreamed of Rojin's voice whispering in my ear. I closed my eyes. The cloth around my mouth was pulled out.
"Rojin," I whispered. "I am so sorry, Rojin for not believing you. Wish we had more time," I said slowly.
I felt my body moving away from the car. A few drops of water fell on my cheeks. I slowly tried to open my eyes but everything was a blur. I could make the face of a man but couldn't see it.
"Sinka. Sinka." I could hear the voice.
Then another face came into view. The ropes around my hands and legs were gone. I looked hard at the face and saw Rojin. I was sure it was a dream. Rojin couldn't be here. I slowly touched his face and a tear slipped from my eyes.
"You are safe," the voice said. I forced myself to see the face and it was Rojin. His eyes were watery.
"Rojin,"
"You are safe. They won't hurt you anymore,"
"Rojin," I sobbed in his chest.
