"Mother, can I ask you the reason for their breaking engagement?" Marsha asked, curious. Kayla looked at her for a second, thinking about what she should reply to her until she decided to just close it with no other route.

"The Duke didn't tell me,"

"Ahh, I see," Marsha replied, nodding.

"Yes, now that you know about their relationships, you must refrain from asking questions that are unretable to her, understand?" Kayla advises her. 

"Yes, I understand mother," Marsha replied as she gazed at Alda and said. 

"It must be hard for her," 

Kayla heard her and couldn't help but laugh at Marsha's words inside her thoughts.
