HE/HEROINE AND MY VILLAINESS
(YOUR LONGINGNESS WILL SOON BE HEARD)
*Pants*
When Yerre soul got out from Vendia body, she then runs faster away from the mansion.
"*Heck* Why is this happening to me right now *sobs*," Yerre asks between her sobs as she stops running and looks behind the mansion from afar full of anger when a sudden pull transported her into someplace that full of peculiar things.
"Where am I?" Yerre asks, wiping her tears away as she keeps walking into a path full of Jasminum sambac flower.
"Why are you still wandering? Come here hurry," A woman's voice ring at her back. Yerre turned around and got shocked as she saw a familiar person.
"Vendia?" She mentions surprised.
"Come on! You'll get lost if you stay there for long," Vendia responds, smiling at her.
"But..." Yerre could not blurt out a perfect word to say back to her.
"Hey, come on! There's no time to waste hurry!" Vendia demands her. Yerre then nods and follows her to where she is going.
"Are you not mad at me?" Yerre ask who walks beside her,
"Hm? Why should I?" Vendia ask back,
"Because I am the one who uses your body," Yerre mentions,
"Ahh... that? There's nothing to be mad about," Vendia answers, smiling at her.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, and besides. You took care of my parents and the people who love me better than I do," Vendia mentions, as Yerre looks at her, surprised.
"Thank you," Vendia added, and Yerre felt warm as she nods.
"Are you not going to go back to them?" Yerre ask,
"I can't," Vendia answer smiling at Yerre.
"What? Why?" Yerre ask, shocked,
"Because I choose not to, I've caused much pain to them, and I suffer a lot. All I want now is to take rest and not give pain to myself anymore," Vendia mentions showing a satisfied expression to Yerre.
"But, do you not miss your parents?" Yerre brought up her parents, and Vendia got a halt from walking for a minute then speak.
"I do, but seeing them happy from up here is enough for me," Vendia mentions as she pointed down to the ground.
"What do you mean?" Yerre asks, confused.
"Oh, you don't know? You are in heaven right now, and this is my sanctuary, my place," Vendia answer, then Yerre felt worried.
"What? Am I dead?" Yerre panic.
"Relax, you are already dead from the start, duh..." Vendia answer, with eyes rolled.
"No! I need to go back. I still haven't met Alda," Yerre panic,
"Hey! Relax! I am the one who called you here. Your soul still needs to wander the earth," Vendia responds, trying to calm her down.
"Are you sure?" Yerre ask for assurance,
"Yah! If I'm not sure, why should I even bothered to tell you in the first place?" Vendia reply,
"Yeah, your right," Yerre respond, sighing in relief.
"You are such a worry-wart person. You know that?"
"I'm sorry," Yerre apologies,
"See? You even apologize when you did nothing wrong," Vendia mentions, and Yerre felt shy.
"I'm sorry," Yerre apologies again.
"Stop," Vendia demands, annoyed.
"Okay," Yerre respond, and Vendia deep sigh.
"Sit," Vendia pointed towards the wooden chair in front of them.
"A chair inside the forest?" Yerre's eyes sparkled in amazement.
"Yes, I told you this is my place, my home," Vendia reminded her, and Yerre nod.
"Waaah, this place of yours is amazing," Yerre mentions wondering her eyes through the place.
"Don't you recognize this place?" Vendia asks as Yerre looks at her with a clueless expression.
"This place?" Yerre ask,
"Yes," Vendia answer and Yerre wonder her eyes more but still did not get familiarity with it.
"I'm sorry, I can't remember,"
"Is okay, this is where I die," Vendia answer and Yerre then look at her in shock.
"Right! I remember now!" Yerre shout reply,
"Now you remember,"
"This is where you collapsed and..." Yerre could not finish her sentence because she felt sad for Vendia.
"Why you stop? I'm fine," Vendia mentions, smiling at her, but Yerre still can't complete her sentence.
"I'm sorry, you may feel fine, but I'm not. I feel sad for you," Yerre respond, showing a down expression.
"Don't you dare cry! I hate people who cry and get emotional out of nowhere," Vendia stops Yerre from getting emotional any further.
"Oh, I apologize,"
"Is fine, let's get on to the point," Vendia mentions as Yerre sat down on the wooden chair.
"Yes?"
"I called you here, for I want you to do one thing for me," Vendia mentions as Yerre listens.
"What is it?" Yerre asks, curious.
"I want you to go to the forest where I die and light up one white candle every day. So my soul can be reincarnated," Vendia request and Yerre got surprised.
"What?"
"Like I said. Go to the forest where I die and light up one white candle every day," Vendia repeat her words,
"Yes, I hear you, but I am scared to get inside the forest alone. Can I bring one person with me?" Yerre respond,
"You can, but how will you explain it to the person whom you brought along?"
"Well..." Yerre can't answer,
"Don't worry, the forest is safe, and I will be with you every day when you visit the forest," Vendia mentions.
"Okay,"
"And one more thing, stay away from Prince Adam, don't get close to him even to Cathlen. Do you understand?" Vendia request and Yerre nod.
"Yes, I understand," Yerre answer,
"But, I want to ask you something," Yerre added,
"What is it?"
"An hour ago. That old woman's voice who wants me to leave your body, who is it?"
"Oh, that? You don't know?" Vendia answer with a question and Yerre look at her clueless.
"She is the person who has a gift that can see the future and past. To be straight, she is the person you are searching for to find your best friend Alda," Vendia answer and Yerre look at her, anxious.
"You mean...?"
"Yes, she is the fortuneteller that Mary talk to you about,"
"You hear us talking about that?"
"Well, yeah. I am a wandering soul. I can listen like a wind," Vendia responds.
"Go back home," Vendia added with a serious expression.
"What?"
"If you stay to Voldrone land, she might found you and take your soul back to your world. Do you hear me?"
"But... maybe I could speak to her and explain everything to her," Yerre insist.
"She won't listen because she believes everything must put in the right place," Vendia reply and Yerre looks at her, disappointed.
"But... I want to find Alda so bad. I am worried," Yerre confesses to Vendia.
"Don't worry, I will help you, but for now, do as what I say, or you won't see her ever. Do you understand me?"
"Are you sure? You want to help me?"
"Then, should I not help you?"
"No! Please help me," Yerre answer right away, and Vendia deep sigh then nod.
"Can I ask another question?" Yerre ask for permission to Vendia.
"You got a full snack inside your pocket, ha," Vendia reply, smirking.
"Sorry,"
"Again, stop,"
"Sorry," Yerre apologies again, and Vendia deep sighs.
"Ha! You are making me worry about you so much. Why are you such a kind-hearted person?"
"I'm sorry,"
"Stop, speak out your question already," Vendia demands, annoyed because Yerre keeps apologizing to her.
"When I have gone through sleep paralysis, are you the one who saves me?" Yerre asks, and Vendia looks at her, not surprised.
"Yeah," Vendia answer.
"Thank you,"
"Don't mention it. Listen, Yerre, you have to be strong mentally and physically, so you can survive inside this book. Don't take action and talk venom without thinking first," Vendia advises.
"Cherish your level, don't let others step on it. If you want to meet your best friend, be wise and don't trust anyone right away. Do you hear me?" Vendia added, and Yerre looks at her, then nodded.
"I will. Thank you for saving me and for your advice, Vendia," Yerre reply, smiling at her.
"Well, then can you give a big hug and sweet kiss to my parents when you get back home, for me, Yerre?" Vendia's last request as Yerre looks at her with a sad smile.
"I will," Yerre answer as she felt a sting pain for Vendia stead.
"Thank you. Don't look at me like that. I hate it," Vendia demands as she saw Yerre look at her with a sad expression.
"I'm sorry," Yerre apologizes again.
"Haaa, I won't hold you for long. Go back now," Vendia responds, smiling at Yerre.
"But..." Yerre looks at her with hesitation and fear.
"Don't worry, that old woman can't touch your soul for now because I am protecting it. But once you get back inside my body, you must get back home right away, understand?" Vendia mentions as she reminded her.
"Thank you, I understand," Yerre answer, glad.
"Your welcome. Take care, Yerre," Vendia reply as she went to Yerre and embraced her.
"I will. Thank you for letting me experience what it feels like to have a loving family. I hope in your next life you will meet happiness and wonderful memories only," Yerre responds, hugging her back as she then fades like a speck of sparkling dust together with the wind.
"Thank you, Yerre," Vendia murmur, smiling as she felt warm from hearing Yerre's wish for her next life.
Yerre then got back into Vendia's body and woke up like she only has a dream as tears fall into her cheeks.
"Vendia! Oh, thank god!" Sir Aloit hugs her tight in relief.
"Miss... *sobs*," Mary cried out to her,
[Don't cry, I'm fine now,] She mouthed to Mary as she hugs Sir Aloit back.
'I become Vendia again, ha... I'm so glad. I don't want to leave them all. Call me selfish, but I won't let anyone take me away from them,' Yerre thought determined.
To be continued.
